Price. The price is shown on the page and at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken securely by our payment provider at checkout.
Delivery. After payment you can download the book straight away, and we email you a download link. If a link stops working, write to us and we send a new one.
Your use. The book is for your own personal use. You may print it for yourself. Please don't share or resell the file.
Cancelling. Because the book is delivered straight away, the usual 14-day right to cancel ends when you start the download, and you agree to this at checkout. Our own 30-day money-back promise still applies (see Refunds).
If something is wrong. If the file is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Write to us and we'll put it right or refund you.
